I am addicted to eyes.
The symbolism caught me. It's cool.
I get a bit distracted my the shining blood. You should desaturate the picture a bit more in my opinion and try to add some tiny hints of opposing colors into the ones that already exist. Makes it more real I think. At least this works for me from time to time. Hope it helps you too.
The sky looks wicked!
